The Cornhole Players Association is proud to announce the largest cash payout event in cornhole / bags history, $15,000 in cash!  The CPA has been working every step of the way with the fine people at The American Tailgating League (ATL) to help bring not only the largest payout event in the games history, but a tournament with a great format and plenty of games for the players.  The ATL’s “Championship of Bags” (or COBS) will be held in tandem with the ATL’s Mega Bowl II tailgaiting competition over Labor Day weekend 2012 to form MegaGate 2012!  As you may recall, MegaGate was the event that was held this past February in Las Vegas where the ATL awarded over $25,000 in cash prizes to the players.  This year the ATL is not only guaranteeing $15,000 for the Championships of Bags, but also $15,000 for Mega Bowl II!  That’s $30,000 in cash prizes!  These events coming together on the same weekend will surely leave their mark on the tailgating community for years to come.
